We understand that extenuating circumstances may come up where you would have to reschedule / cancel your session. However, since it has an incredibly negative effect on learner attendance and continuity, please only reschedule or cancel your session if you have a conflict that is truly unavoidable.

If you must reschedule, please do the following:

  1. Step 1: Communicate with your learners at least 24 hours in advance of your session by using the learner group chat (found on your bootcamp series page). Ask your learners what times work for a rescheduled session and find the best timing that works for your learners and you.

  2. Step 2: Reschedule your upcoming session by clicking the "Edit Series" button from your series home page. You can then modify the time/date of an upcoming session.

  3. Step 3: Confirm the new timing with your learners via group chat and send out the Session Makeup Guide in case any learners cannot make the new time. Be sure to open responses to the missed session’s assessment so that your learners can complete it (e.g., Practice Test A2).

Tutors may not reschedule a session more than twice during a Bootcamp. If you absolutely cannot keep the original time and you have already rescheduled twice, then please follow the steps for cancelling a session below.

If you must cancel a session, please do the following:

  1. Step 1: If you decide you must cancel, communicate with your learners at least 24 hours in advance of your session by using the learner group chat (found on your bootcamp series page).

  2. Step 2: Share the Session Makeup Guide via the group chat so that learners can catch up on the material they missed - be sure to open responses to the missed session’s assessment so that your learners can complete it (e.g., Practice Test A2).

  3. Step 3: Cancel your upcoming session by clicking the “Edit Series” button.
