How do I get a volunteer hours form signed?
The Schoolhouse team receives several requests to sign/verify volunteer hours everyday. To help us complete these in a timely manner, we’d love it if you could complete the following instructions carefully.
Please click on "Automatic Sync" on the Volunteer Hours Tracker to ensure all automatically tracked hours are updated. See FAQ here.
Note: We can only verify hours that are reflected on your account, so please complete this step before you submit your request for verification.
Please use the “Download PDF” feature shown below on the Volunteer Hours Tracker page.
Please complete this Typeform to submit the form that needs to be signed by the Schoolhouse team and provide other relevant information that we require to verify your hours.
Someone from our team will email you the signed form once your request has been processed.
Please complete this Typeform to let us know:
that we’ll be receiving a request for verification from an external platform/ your school
Other relevant information that we need to verify your hours
We will verify the hours once the email link is received from the external platform. No separate email confirmation will be sent in this case. You should be able to view the verified hours on the external platform.
We will be unable to complete any email verification requests that do not have a corresponding request submitted through the Typeform.

1. Instant official Schoolhouse document

2. Signature on a form
Please complete this Typeform to submit the form that needs to be signed by the Schoolhouse team and provide other relevant information that we require to verify your hours.
