안녕! 🌟 It is never too late to start learning a language! Why not try learning Korean? Korean is easy for many people to pick up, containing simple alphabets and words directly inherited from English. Korean is also a trendy language, with K-Pop and Korean culture attracting millions to study the language. This course, Korean 101, will introduce you to Korean, from reading the Korean alphabet to understanding phrases and words! Welcome to SCHOOLHOUSE! This session will introduce you to tutoring at Schoolhouse and prepare YOU to host your first session as a tutor. Here's what we'll do in the session:
• Introduce ourselves and get comfortable with the setup.
• Play a small ice-breaker game!
• Explore the SHW dashboard and the various features on the website.
• Reviewing a mock-tutoring session to understand how to become a better tutor.
• We will do micro-tutoring where you get a chance to teach and improve your tutoring abilities. This session will help you get comfortable with tutoring at Schoolhouse and give you the confidence to host your own sessions. 🚨Note: This session is ONLY for new tutors.

⭐In this session, we will chat about our favorite books, including genres like science fiction, fantasy, and realistic fiction.
⭐Each participant will have approximately five minutes to summarize their favorite book.
⭐Summarization should include details like characters, setting, problem, solution, and what you like most about the book.
⭐After each person finishes talking, we will share thoughts and ideas about their summarization.
Advantages and Disadvantages of Reading Books: ⭐We will discuss the advantages of reading books and why it is important. ⭐We will also list the disadvantages of reading books.
